Welcome to Gerceks.coffee, our family-run roastery where we produce high-quality coffee with heart and handwork. Our small roastery stands for quality and authenticity; here every step is done by hand - from roasting in our traditional drum roaster to grinding with our stone-powered mill.

We source our coffee beans from Latin America, Africa and Asia, ensuring we only receive the highest quality beans.
We use drum roasting methods that are specifically tailored to the individual characteristics of each coffee bean variety. This allows us to bring out the optimal aroma and full range of flavors in each bean.
The cezve, a small copper or brass pot with a long handle, is ideal for making Turkish coffee. To make the mocha, heat water and sugar in the cezve, then add finely ground coffee. Heat until it foams and repeat the process for more foam. Serve the coffee with foam first and enjoy it hot.
In our roastery, we use the traditional method of stone grinding, which only very few roasteries worldwide use. This tried-and-tested technique uses mills with stone grinding discs that grind the coffee beans particularly gently and to a fine powder. This allows the fine aromas and full flavor spectrum of the coffee to develop better. Our customers thus enjoy a uniquely rich and deep coffee aroma that is often lost with conventional grinding methods.
