Our Gerceks coffee beans are produced in a small factory along the Amalfi Coast with over 90 years of roasting experience .
The roasting master ensures a gentle, medium roast with a roasting time of around 25-30 minutes for our highest quality Arabica and Robusta beans from South America, Africa and South Asia. This means that little acid and bitter substances are formed, resulting in a full-bodied coffee.
The aromatic enjoyment comes from resting the espresso coffee beans in silos for 72 hours after roasting.
